TJPS Software Inc. was founded by three individuals: Jack Shuster, Thomas Starr and Peter Srulovicz and incorporated in May 2001. The company is privately funded with no long term debt. Actual programming of Write-Up for stock portfolio accounting started in September 1999. The first beta site was RSM Richter in Montreal. At present, TJPS Software has sold over 1,100 copies of Write-Up to approximately 600 CA & CGA firms across Canada.
