TJPS Software Inc. was founded by Jack Shuster, Thomas Starr and Peter Srulovicz and incorporated in May 2001. The company is privately funded with no long term debt. Actual programming of Write-Up for stock portfolio accounting started in September 1999. The first beta site was RSM Richter in Montreal. At present, TJPS Software has sold over 1,100 copies of Write-Up to approximately 600 CA & CGA firms across Canada.
